Shipping policy

At Talesa, every gift is prepared with the same care it is meant to carry. We aim to ensure your order reaches its recipient promptly, beautifully, and intact.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

All Talesa boxes are ready to ship. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman: Next business day delivery.
Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain: 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or courier capacity, particularly during Ramadan and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery within Dubai: AED 25
Standard delivery to other emirates: AED 40
Complimentary delivery on orders over AED 1,500

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Gift Deliveries

If your order is being sent directly to a recipient, please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Talesa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, our courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Every Talesa box is inspected and sealed before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@talesa.ae or +971 55 881 0154 with photographs of the package and contents, so we can resolve the matter promptly.
