This Site is operated by Talesa FZE, an e-commerce company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 11208. References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to Talesa FZE.

Products

All products sold on this Site are curated gift boxes containing items from third-party brands. Product descriptions, images, and packaging are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the final item delivered. We reserve the right to substitute items of equivalent value and quality where required, with prior notification to the customer.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by the payment processor.
Talesa does not store full payment card details on its servers.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If an order is declined, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

We offer dedicated corporate gifting services, including bulk orders, branded inserts, and tailored compositions. For corporate enquiries, please contact us at info@talesa.ae for a quotation. Separate terms may apply to corporate engagements and will be confirmed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the Talesa name, logo, packaging design, photography, written content, and collection names (Hikaya, Riwaya, Diwan), is the property of Talesa FZE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Brands

Talesa boxes feature products from third-party brands, including Bateel, Patchi, Hind Al Oud, and Chai Ideal. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Talesa is an independent curator and is not affiliated with these brands beyond the sourcing of their products for inclusion in our gift boxes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talesa FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.
